Senior moments
My father in law is 86. He still wants to Drive and although My husband or my sister-in-law or I could have driven to lunch he insisted. We planned to go to Wendy's where my paw-in-law knew they had a salad that he liked. So as He drove on every back road and across parking lots to get to Wendy's my Husband, his sister and their Father argued all the way. I just stay out of these arguments about which way to go, how fast to drive and anything else that might come up. After 28 years of this I don't even listen. So when we parked at Arby's I thought they had changed their minds. Ones in side there was a problem when He could not find the salad He remembered and my Husband only wanted curly fries. That didn't please Tata (Spanish for Gram-pa) mostly the same bantering as in the car, but now the poor young man at the register had to deal with it. Causing Him to order 8 drinks not 4. When all that was cleared up and our food was delivered we sat down. Hubby looked out the window he said "hey there is Wendy's--where are we?" We as you may have guessed by the Curly fries where at Arby's. When I told them' of course this is Arby's I thought you changed your minds' they all turned on me. now its my fault for not telling them when we parked. Some days you just cant win.
